CAMROZ Camera Rental Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before renting a camera from CAMROZ. By proceeding with the rental, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

  1. Rental Period:
    • The rental period begins on the date specified in the rental agreement and ends on the agreed-upon return date.
    • Any extension of the rental period must be communicated and approved by the owner in advance.
  2. Eligibility:
    • To rent a camera, you must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
    • Non-transferable: The renter's name on the rental agreement must match the ID provided.
  3. Reservation and Payment:
    • Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the full rental payment.
    • A security deposit may be required, which will be refunded upon successful return of the camera in its original condition.
  4. Camera Condition:
    • The camera will be provided to the renter in good working condition, cleaned, and with a fully charged battery.
    • The renter must inspect the camera upon receipt and report any pre-existing damages or issues to CAMROZ immediately.
  5. Care and Use:
    • The renter agrees to use the camera with reasonable care and in accordance with the provided instructions and guidelines.
    • The camera should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions, water, sand, or any potential hazards that could cause damage.
  6. Liability:
    • The renter assumes full responsibility for the camera and any accessories during the rental period.
    • CAMROZ is not liable for any damage or injury caused by the use of the rented equipment.
  7. Loss or Damage:
    • The renter must immediately report any loss, theft, or damage to the camera to CAMROZ.
    • The renter is responsible for repair or replacement costs for any damage or loss of the camera and its accessories.
  8. Late Returns:
    • Late returns may incur additional charges at the discretion of CAMROZ.
    • Failure to return the camera within an agreed period may result in legal action.
  9. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellation requests must be made at least 2 days prior to the rental start date for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
  10. Indemnification:
  • The renter agrees to indemnify and hold CAMROZ harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the rental or use of the camera.

  • CAMROZ reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions without prior notice.

By renting a camera from CAMROZ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
